Winter Jam is a junior high and high school winter experience you don’t want to miss! Come join us for a weekend of fun, fellowship, inspiration, and lots of snow!

The cost is $140 per student, with full and partial scholarships available as needed. Spots are limited so don’t wait to reserve your spot!

FBC Youth Specifically: We are so excited for this opportunity and all the doors that God has opened to make it possible. I know that He is going to do great things in and through YOU this weekend! Please meet at the church parking at 5pm on Friday and we will caravan down to Silver Birch Ranch in White Lake, WI. We are working on some kind of bag lunch to hand out for the kids to eat on the way down. We will arrive back to the church around noon on Sunday where students can be picked up. If pick up is not possible please make arrangements ahead of time with Emily 906-367-5679
Pack similar to summer camp (without the swim gear!) Sleeping bag, pillow, personal grooming necessities (each room will have a bathroom and showers), towel, clothing, winter gear - we’ll be outside a lot. Also grab your Bible, notebook, water bottle and if you’d like cash for the canteen there will be a gift shop and coffee/snacks available during free time. Consent

I, the undersigned, being the parent or legal guardian of the youth named above, do hereby consent to the participation of my youth in all the scheduled youth activities of First Baptist Church, and Silver Birch Ranch. Further, I certify that my youth is physically fit and adequately prepared to participate in all recreational and sporting events. If I wish to revoke this consent for any reason, I will promptly notify the youth leader in writing. Note to Parent: If giving consent for one activity only, or if this consent is otherwise restricted, please specify. Medical Treatment Authorization I understand that I will be notified in the case of a medical emergency. However, in the event that I cannot be reached, I authorize the calling of a doctor and the providing of necessary medical services in the event that my youth is injured or becomes ill. I authorize one or more of the following persons to make emergency medical care decisions on behalf of my youth, if required by law or a health care provider: Emily Amerson, Wesley Amerson or another adult chaperone designated by the pastor. I authorize these persons to act in my place to consent to all necessary and appropriate x-ray examinations, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis or treatment, and hospital care. I understand that First Baptist Church will not be responsible for medical expenses incurred solely on the basis of this authorization. I further agree to notify the youth director in writing of any health changes that would restrict my youth’s participation in any normal youth activities. I also understand that the youth leader and designated adult chaperones reserve the right to restrict my youth from any activity that they do not feel is within the physical capabilities of my youth.
